Nanuk Charging Case
prusaprinters
I have always wanted some sort of dedicated charging solution and once I saw Turtle Labs design, I took a serious liking to it, but because theirs is a bit too pricey, I decided to design my own. This is designed around the Nanuk 910 case, a Meanwell LRS-350 power supply and an ISDT T6 charger. The plate is just a piece of acrylic I had laser cut and then just added a sheet of carbon fiber vinyl for effect. I've included my Fusion file for the plate The XT60 & JDT balance board on the right side is for connecting up your batteries The XT60 on the left is 24v output straight from the power supply for a second charger All the hardware is just M3 bolts and M3 plastic nuts. The fan I had to use M4 x 35mm bolts I plan on weaving a bungee net for the lid side for cable management Nanuk Case: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00BP8UWRM/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_7igsDbZEQ4XN7 Meanwell Power Supply: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B013ETVO12?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share JST Balance Board: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07JGFD6Y2/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_vhgsDb7WRMMY7 XT60: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07GQVHB3V/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_qigsDbS65FP3Q 24v Case Fan: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00B887J70/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_mkgsDbQR8T673 Category: DIY
