Nanuk Charging Case
thingiverse
I've always been on the lookout for a dedicated charging solution and when I stumbled upon Turtle Labs' design, I fell in love with it. However, their version is a bit too pricey for my taste, so I decided to create my own. This custom charging station is based on the Nanuk 910 case, a Meanwell LRS-350 power supply, and an ISDT T6 charger. The plate is made from laser-cut acrylic with a carbon fiber vinyl overlay for added flair. You can download my Fusion file for the plate if you're interested in replicating it. On the right-hand side, I've installed an XT60 connector and a JST balance board for connecting your batteries. The left-side XT60 is a 24v output straight from the power supply, perfect for powering another charger. All the hardware used in this build consists of M3 bolts and M3 plastic nuts, except for the fan, which required M4 x 35mm bolts. To keep cables tidy, I plan on adding a bungee net to the lid side.
