Nanoztag clone
thingiverse
Nanoztags were the tiny companions of two pioneering IoT devices, the electronic rabbits Nabaztag:tag and the later Karotz, made by Violet. By 'sniffing' the RFID tag it was possible to trigger a range of actions. Thanks to the OpenKarotz project, I still control my central heating, HiFi, TV, and various other IoT devices with my trusty Karotz. As well as being (arguably) useful, the Nanoztags were adorable, with their posable ears making them irresistible. This clone is a testament to their cuteness. The design allows small round ISO14443A RFID tags to be fitted in the base, enabling IoT communication. Note that these tags will NOT work with genuine Nabaztag:tags or Karotz devices (they use the less common ISO14443B protocol), but they are compatible with many readily available RFID readers.
