I'm building a custom case for my NanoVNA. The design drew from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3736285 but had to be tweaked to fit my VNA perfectly. This case includes a dedicated storage area for calibration tools and a small stylus that I also 3D printed myself. When printing the top and bottom, it's recommended to use support material - it won't add much extra time, I promise.
