Same as mmessuri bolt/screw but I scaled just the head down. I tried to scale in slicer to 99% and then the threads wouldn't thread. My Ender 3 printed at about 13.6mm. Scaled down just the head so mine prints threads normal but head diameter is now 12.98mm. Fits good in the NanoVise now.
