NanoVise remix - screw clamp on top

This is a very simple remix of the Nano Vice V2 which moves the swivel cup from the top of the clamp to the top of the clamp screw. This is to allow clamping the vice in places where you don't have much bottom clearance, or where you need more height above your surface. I definitely recommend using bed adhesion when printing the screw cup, as it has very little surface area in contact. Mostly this was an exercise for me in modelling, to cut, fill, and join parts.
