NanoPi m4 Case
thingiverse
I designed this custom case for the NanoPI m4 with passive cooling in mind initially. However, I quickly discovered that it reaches temperatures of approximately 80°C under extreme load conditions. To address this issue, I added a bottom component to accommodate an active fan, which effectively reduces the temperature to around 56°C even at 100% utilization of all six cores - not bad for my first attempt, if I do say so myself. If you're looking for a quiet fan option, I recommend considering the Noctua 40 model (available on Amazon).
