This uses the covers from the nanohack v1. Added second respirator and modified chin and nose flanges for improved fit. The honeycomb insert blocked too much airflow, so I replaced it with a ring. Prints flat, designed to be molded via heat to your face. The clasp is also additional. Print twice, dip in hot water, and bend. Attach using straps. This was designed with my own face in mind, and I can get a full seal without any extra post-processing apart from heat molding. It took me a few tries to get the nose sealed correctly. Your results may vary on the seal.
