This is my own design for a custom Nanohack v1 Mask from copper3d: https://copper3d.com/hackthepandemic/ Check out the v1 on Thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4231069 I found a few areas that could be improved, so I'm sharing my own version to contribute to the development. IMPROVEMENTS: - Two filters with enhanced airflow. - A redesigned nose section for better seal and reduced air leaks. - Improved elastic band anchor design with two holes for using flexible material filaments as straps. - Thread modifications. - Cap changes for improved airflow and easier unscrewing. Please share your prints and provide feedback! Thanks UPDATE 1/04/2020 A nurse tested my design, reporting a good fit and comfortable airflow. They recommend using nonwoven fabric as the filter material. To install the filter, cut it to a 45cm diameter and follow the instructions in the pictures. The design can accommodate up to three layers of filters. UPDATE 4/04/2020 I've added post-printing details due to changes in the original source.
