Nano Tool - quick swap hotend for 3D printers
thingiverse
This is the Nano Tool I utilize in my CorEssentials 3D printer. You can locate the most current files on the GITHUB page at: https://github.com/MacNite/CorEssentials There are three different types of tools available: - Nano Tool Bowden (Coldend: 1x MF25101V1, Part Cooling: 2x UnitedPro 3510) - Nano Tool Zesty Nimble (Coldend: 1x MF25101V1, Part Cooling: 2x UnitedPro 3510) - Chimera Aqua Tool (Coldend: Alphacool Eisbaer Solo, Part Cooling: generic 4010 Blower) Most of these tools are available with markings for the nozzle size, such as 040 for a 0.4mm Nozzle. All these tools are designed to work within the passively heated chamber of the CorEssentials. I have successfully tested them for ambient temperatures up to 55°C. I would not go much higher than that in my printer's chamber temperature because I printed the parts I use from ABS.
