Nano Talon RunCam Split Mini Tilt-Mount

This collection of parts makes it easy to mount a RunCam Split Mini neatly into the nose of a NanoTalon, giving you the ability to tilt the camera. It includes two cutting guide pieces so that you can get a perfect fit. The camera is attached (using two screws) to a holder that swivels inside a frame, which is printed in two halves to avoid supports. The design allows the two frame halves to be glued together and then the camera holder inserted through the front after installing the camera and making up a pushrod. A pushrod can be made from a stiff paperclip, but it's wise to experiment with different lengths before installing into the model. See the photo for details on how to make a pushrod that works well. The length of the pushrod will depend somewhat on the length of the servo arm - in my case, 28mm worked perfectly. The servo can be glued in place with or without the bracket part. My servo measured 20mm x 8mm. There is also a support piece for the RunCam PCB that fits neatly into two square holes in the battery board and has a cutout to allow the servo cable to feed down and under the battery board to your receiver or flight controller. You may need to remove some material from the inside front of the canopy and trim the edge of the black clips, depending on what servo you use. I printed mine on an Ender 3 using ABS for the final version of the frame sides, camera holder, and servo clip, and PLA for the rest. The type of plastic used doesn't really matter. The only pieces that needed supports were the camera holder, which was printed with the lens hole facing up, the pcb mount, which needed a little support for the two tabs/pegs, and the larger of the two cutting template pieces. I increased the infill for the PCB mount to give it extra strength.
