nano-SIM to SD-card adapter (remix)

@nBurn created a cool layout of [nano-SIM cards within an SD-card](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1784482) form-factor so that the SIMs could be stored in a clear SD card case. The problem is that nothing kept the cards in their slots, so they quckly fell out of place if the case were turned sideways. So I made a few changes: - Added "nubs" at the bottom of each slot to take up the gap and hold the cards in place. - In case the cards are in too tightly, I put tapered holes behind them so you can easily pop them out with your finger. - softened some of the corners. _(more pictures to come)_ You can see my model on [Tinkercad](https://www.tinkercad.com/things/0P8gksl2fPf-nano-sim-to-sd-card)
