Nano Drak HDZero Nose and Covers
thingiverse
Ritewing Nano Drak nose, equipment and hatch bay covers, bulkhead and catches. This system incorporates a custom nose piece with a .4mm lip around the base that helps to hide the cut line on the fuselage. It uses the Micro V2 HDZero camera, Freestyle VTX and a Runcam Thumb Pro. The VTX is up top in direct airflow for maximum cooling. The Antenna mount is designed to use a short antenna and a SHORT u.fl to SMA connector to keep the coax loss to a minimum. The bulkhead piece requires you to cut a small section out of the foam bulkhead and glue it in place using E6000 or Goop. The bulkhead is also set up to accept the TBS Crossfire Immortal-T (extended) horizontally and in the center of the Drak. You will need 3mm x 10mm standoffs for the battery and equipment bay hatches, but really, you only need to secure the battery hatch cover as the equiment bay hatch is captured by the Immortal-T uprights and the rear hatch screws that come with the drak. Print the battery and equipment bay hatches with 10% infill to keep the weight down. Print the bulkhead with at least 30% infill for strength. Print the Antenna mount with 30% infill. Print the nose piece with 30% infill. Print the Nano-Hatch-Cover-Stay in PETG with 100% infill for strength.
