Nano Drak Compartment Lid
thingiverse
Nano Drak compartment lid can be installed on either side. The contoured shape of the compartment points towards the front, so a low-temperature heat gun (80°F to 100°F or lower) is needed to make the print pliable and conform to its contours. I applied heat to the middle section and worked slowly until it became flexible. Then, while inside the compartment slot, I gently pressed the lid into place with pins along the edges to support the hatch as it cools and hardens. The lid features a small channel at the front for a 0.8mm piano wire hinge. Thread the wire through the hole and bend the ends at a 90-degree angle (10-15mm should be sufficient). Bury the ends in the foam with some glue.
