Nano Biscotte v3 Chassis

Recently we crafted a custom saber and required an extremely snug fitting chassis for a Nano Biscotte v3, which accommodated a 20mm speaker, Li-Ion 18650 battery, and a 2.1mm Power Jack in a very confined space. So we designed this chassis ourselves. The speaker and NBv3 are pressure fitted into the chassis, you may want to add a drop of hot glue to the back of the speaker if it's going to withstand some rough handling. We recommend adding a bit of electrical tape over the NBv3 as well just to help ensure it doesn't pop out while working on the installation. The saber was a dual-bladed temple guard saber. To guarantee each side has its own set of sound cards, two Nano Biscottes were used with different fonts on each. This allowed the saber swings and clashes to have a blaster deflection sound mixed with a saber contact sound. You can view a picture of the final sabers here if you're interested. https://www.facebook.com/brotherhoodprops/photos/a.1296589187033672.1073741845.1247279671964624/1863487447010507/?type=3&theater
