10/04/2019 1045 Final design change added, videos ready if Thingiverse works. New design uses either magnets or glued beads with a 1.5" bar pin for attachment. Soon, adapter will fit current name tags with glue on washers. 8/23/2019 1050 Blank name tag STL added, holds two 7/16th washers. Blank name tag for use with magnets and washers on clothing. Fusion 360 files included as well as STL. New job started, didn't want to write name out so drew this design. First one used one magnet, didn't like how it hung, so circles moved and another magnet added. Will redesign to have no printed magnets, just the washer. Magnets are Home Depot's Max Force 11lbs 2pk #07515 ($2.48). Washers in photo are Everbilt Zinc 8 pk 7/16th $0.98 (why changing design now). Three printed, two shown and one with wood base and black silk letters. First one lasted a day then magnets glued in. New ones press fitted in, haven't tested yet, printer adjusted for accuracy. Hope Thingiverse files work out, been having a bad few weeks.
