This thing was designed with Tinkercad to test a new kind of attendance/student tracking system that's more noticeable and interactive. The goal was to create something that would spark interest in students, allowing each one to customize their own ball and build an art/attendance display in our classroom. I'm sharing the link to this project so you can see how it came together: https://www.tinkercad.com/things/6eiDOK3Az0l Print Settings: Printer Brand: Ultimaker Printer: Ultimaker 2 Rafts: Yes Supports: No Resolution: Normal Infill: Light Notes: You can print all in one color or go for multiple colors. Just remember to edit the file and change the name before printing, and then feel free to get creative. How I Designed This: I had an idea about creating a hands-on attendance board that students could engage with during the fall semester. To archive this concept, I quickly created a prototype in Tinkercad. The initial version worked well but was too small. I've since redesigned it to be larger and have separated the objects so they can be printed in multiple colors.
