Nalgene Cup Holder - Resize

I printed LovelySunny's nalgene car cup holder adapter, but found it didn't fit my cup holders perfectly. This new version has an 84mm diameter base, roughly 3-3/16 inches in size, which is small enough to fit snugly into my cup holders. The original was oblong-shaped and had a roughly 89mm diameter, but that didn't seem to make a difference. I still found it needed some improvement, but it got the job done. I printed this adapter using my Wanhao Duplicator i3 V2 printer with specific settings: no rafts were used, supports were added, and a resolution of 0.2mm was set. The infill level was set to 20%. I chose PET-G for its strength and temperature stability in the hot car environment. To achieve optimal results, consider printing at a lower infill percentage since there is a large cavity inside the adapter. However, the plastic I used didn't produce acceptable top layers on lower infill settings, even with a high-end commercial slicer that allows changing infill percentages for specific layer ranges.
