Students were given an assignment to design an egg dropper that would consistently drop an egg the same for testing purposes. Standards NGSS CCSS Overview and Background This is an extra credit opportunity I gave my 7th and 8th grade Science students. I needed an egg dropper for a naked egg drop that do in class. Students were encouraged to design an egg dropper that would drop eggs consistently the same. Lesson Plan and Activity I do a naked egg drop in my class. I needed a consistent way to drop an egg. I put the project out there as an extra credit opportunity for students. Materials Needed A device to run TinkerCAD.
