I had trouble printing without a bunch of stringing but this is expected from my printer/settings. This should cover the air unit and provide plenty of routes of cooling air. I put a couple of pieces of double sided tape between the two printed circuit boards to hold things together better. USB port and SD card are accessible. Air unit should be right around the same size as stock air unit with this cover installed so this enables mounting into existing air unit mounts. Removing your heat sinks is purely on you, it is not recommended by anyone. Enjoy...
