Naked Caddx Vista Holder for Hornet HD frame
thingiverse
I needed a better way to mount the PCBs of my de-cased Caddx Vista on my TorqueFPV Hornet HD frame, so I designed this simple holder. It's held up well, so thought I'd post it here. It features a small plate designed to keep the VTX antenna securely in place. Also included in the STL are the spacers to go between the two PCBs, and between the top PCB and the frame. Note: Only two screws are used to attach to the frame. The tall "rods" on the other two corners are there just to hold the spacers between the boards and frame aligned in place. Once inserted into the holes on the frame top plate, cut them flush, and then stick the battery pad on top. These "rods" are a bit delicate, but I haven't had any issues with them breaking once everything is tightened down. This is designed for PLA -- it will not print well or be strong enough in TPU.
