Nail Puzzle Box

I saw people solve a wooden version of this on YouTube and that sparked an idea to create my own puzzle box. The goal is to open it, but it's locked from the outside with no visible clues. This makes it a great showpiece, piggy bank or storage container for hidden treasures. It would also be cool to use it for geocaching. The mechanics are straightforward and assembling this project requires only 7 nails and some glue. The nails must be less than 0.4cm in diameter and at least 6.5cm long, while the glue is used on just one piece inside. Feel free to leave a comment or post a make if you like this design. Then, using some force, quickly spin the box in a circle. The centripetal force will push all the nails in opposite directions, unlocking it. Next, gently lift up the lid which should freely slide out. Update: If the nails don't fully slide when spun, try spinning the box the other way.
