Hello Tim, if you're anything like me and have lost all hope of ever getting my hands on an Official Hello Internet Nail and Gear Hotstopper, then I've got just the thing for you: Behold the Unofficial Official Hello Internet Nail and Gear Hotstopper. The nail and gear are quite substantial in size to ensure that they grab everyone's attention within a Tims vicinity. It works perfectly fine for me on a standard Starbucks cup. I printed it out using PLA on my trusty Dremel Idea Builder. Some minor adjustments may be necessary if you're working with different materials or printers.
