The Nachi LP Series Palletizing Robots have three different payload capacities, which are 130Kg, 180Kg, and 210Kg. The robots feature a vertical stroke of 3168mm and a maximum reach of 3210mm, enabling them to load up to six pallets and multiple conveyors in layouts with ±180º operation of the J1-axis. A high-speed servo control system allows for an impressive 1800 palletizing cycles per hour at a 60Kg payload capacity or 1500 cycles per hour with a 130Kg payload.
