Be careful!!: 3D printed propellers could possibly explode when reaching high rpm's. I strongly discourage using it in BLDC motors, or any other high-rpm motor. I just modified the original code (many thanks to the og author, great coder too!) so that it automatically creates an airplane propeller that can be adjusted through the customizer for ease of use. Open the file in Openscad and use the Customizer menu to change the basic parameters of the propeller. Once done, export your STL and throw it to your printer. I already included an example of a 3-bladed 120mm propeller, with a parabollic spinner and a shaft for a 2mm axis motor (180 brushed motor). When printing I recommend using normal supports to the buildplate, with the propeller in the standard (upright, blades parallel to the bed) position. For a 100-120mm diameter propeller use 0.1 resolution for finer results, or 0.3 for a stronger prop. Print with 3-4 walls and ~30% infill.
