NA and NB Miata door block for CNC

I tweaked the design to increase the thickness under the bolts to roughly twice its original value, and I also removed the radius from the top edge. As a result, the fit is tighter but still works well. I machined this part from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) stock on my Nomed 883. The resulting parts function perfectly. Interestingly, the original design worked just as well. Now I have one of each on the car. When closing the door, it produces a satisfying "thunk." I reused the 10 mm bolts that held the original car part in place to mount these new ones. First, I tightened them just enough, then closed the door a few times before tightening them further. To design this modification, I employed meshcam to stretch the original design in the z-axis direction by 200 percent and then sliced it into two even layers. This is the bottom layer of the part. The top layer had the radius, but removing it doesn't seem to be missed.
