N95 /Loop Mask Ear Loop Clip - Fusion file
thingiverse
I created a new Fusion 360 part based on the original model that my wife wanted slightly larger, so I rebuilt it from scratch. To adjust the size simply modify the main angle in the first sketch; my wife found 55 degrees to be just right. Update: I uploaded three different sizes - 55, 60 and 65 degrees - each with its own unique identifier embossed on the print. The choice of mask and head size can sometimes require different sizes, but the embossing helps ensure that you're getting the correct piece every time. Update2: After optimizing the thickness to make printing faster, I also added a second set of clips so you might not need multiple sizes at all; thanks to my friend Chris for suggesting this clever solution - V12_70 is the version with dual clips. Update3: To further streamline the design I removed the cross and size embossing from V13; this should make printing just a little bit faster and easier to clean.
