N95 Mask Storage Container - This product enables safe storage of your N95 mask during meals or breaks. A team of friends (Chee Tiong, David Chen and myself) collaborated to design something that would help healthcare workers and frontline personnel store their N95 masks more effectively when they take breaks, have meals, or visit the restroom. The inspiration came from a YouTube video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0xFXS2vGKg0. This design is particularly useful for those in less risky environments who still wear N95 masks. As shown in the video, people use tupperware or plastic bags to store their N95 masks during meals. This design allows safe handling of the mask - you don't need to touch the inside or outside of the mask when storing it or putting it on. Don't worry if the mask sticks out a bit as the mask cover will push it in, while allowing some airflow. The inside of the mask stays clean with the mask cover. For added protection, an outer shell is provided so that individuals won't need to touch even the straps after washing their hands. Just make sure the container is disinfected after each use with UV lights or an alcohol wipe. If your healthcare workers find this useful, rally the 3D printing community to produce it for them.
