I created my own functional replica of the N95 exhaust valve. The flat design works exceptionally well. You can utilize the jig to attach the yellow kitchen gloves typically used for washing dishes. The two components snap together seamlessly using PLA. I haven't experimented with ABS yet, but you're welcome to try it out and share your experience. Please provide feedback on how it goes.
