Check out the full tutorial on my Youtube page!: https://youtu.be/ULYax2twOSo This is a remixed version of Killonious' model. The changes I made: - Added the lamp holes - Added the 3mm LED fixtures (to be printed out of translucent PLA) - Added the DXF visor template - Added a template for spray-painting the texture (to be printed out of flexible TPU) - Added some extra ventillation holes for the fan in the front - Scaled the model down to 85% (should be good for a generic male head. Tested for head circumference of 59-61cm). - Resplit the model into a larger print area to speed up the print a bit (every part should fit in 200x180x190h mm build volume) Total print time on my Prusa i3 clone: 78h Used PLA material weight (with supports): 1070g I've actually made 2 versions of the helmet: - V1 for the video (without the back lamps, with clear visor and worse detail finish) - V2 the one on this page (with extra lamps in the back, better finish and dark visor) The Arduino code together with the schematics is almost the same as in my Tali Helmet. You can find it here: https://create.arduino.cc/projecthub/bzqp/voice-activated-3d-printed-tali-s-helmet-48bfb8?ref=user&ref_id=1479266&offset=1 Feel free to use the models for any non-commercial use.
