prusaprinters

The N30 Lack enclosure is a project that include :

N3o LACK POWER
https://www.prusaprinters.org/it/prints/36273-n3o-lack-power

N3o Drawer
https://www.prusaprinters.org/it/prints/41110-n3o-lack-drawer-for-prusa-mk3s

N3o Umidity Sensor : working on this now

In this project you can download a file for build a Lack structure and enclosure (photo 2)

The Progetto uses 4 lack tables and the lower one is mounted on wheels (with a brake holder recommended at least for the two front routes)

The lower module is called A then the one above which houses the BC printer
and the last top he contains the 3d filaments is called D

the brackets of plane A are called

bracketA SX (left front)
bracketA DX (right front)
bracketA post SX (left back)
bracketA post DX (right back)

The brackets to hold two lack BC tabs are posted in another project and are built to also allow cables to pass through the bracket

the link of the central brackets was passing is
https://www.prusaprinters.org/it/prints/35815-lack-table-legs-hook-with-cable-passage
but I report them here as files and they are called
BC angle passacavi.stl
and they are all 4 the same

the last table lack is mounted with the bracket:
bracket D.stl
and they are all 4 equal

GLASSES
For the glass h 4mm polycarbonate is used anchored to the structure with L-shaped brackets to have the really hermetic chambers both that of the printer and that of the filaments that I would like to remain watertight with the dehumidifier

the file for the L-brackets for the glass is called:
fermolack4mm.stl

DOORS AND HINGES
For the covid in Italy the 3mm polycarbonate is hard to find and I had to opt for a 4mm so that the cernere are farre for this glass format

they are external hinges and consist of two parts, one to be screwed to the lack and one to be screwed to the glass

I put the left and right front windows with the verniers so that they can be opened (in module a there are raspberry drawers etc)
while only the rear glass I put it fixed

The hinge file is:
cerniera_fissa.stl
cerniera_mobile.stl

PRINTER POWER SUPPLY (relocator)
the power supply has been relocated into module a (bottom)
use a project of your choice

and the grommet module has been used to route the printer power cables and the LCD control cables and the file is called
passacavo tappo.stl

the grommet is made of two parts (top and bottom) which fit into the phantom hole between the lack a and bc
to fit the two parts together I used some glue recklessly which is an aprte to be fixed to the table I didn't waste time designing a removable joint

If you relocate the printer power supply you can reinforce the frame of the prusa with this project
https://www.prusaprinters.org/it/prints/1973

Note
parts to build enclosures lack with glass brackets hinges drawers raspberry connections everything is available between the various N3o projects

While for the project of the buttons (those next to the front lcd drawer) and the humidity display with relay for dehumidifier are projects that I am working on and I see that for work commitments I also go very slowly.
So have patience that what I do for me then I share it for everyone

Print instructions

petg
nozzle 0.20
no suport
