N3DP MPX Gel Blaster SMG
thingiverse
UPDATE 16/5/20. Version 1.4 files are updated with numerous small issues fixed, including stronger mag release, buffer bolt nut sitting correctly, and larger mock fire select. This is a 3D printed receiver/pistol grip designed to fit a gen 8 gearbox and Glock 18 magazines after months of work. The gen 8 gearbox is one of the best available for gelsoft, but the lack of decent receivers stopped me from building many gen 8 based blasters in the past. I decided to fix that by printing a sturdy split receiver based off a 9mm AR/ACR with unique elements. To build a working gel blaster, you will need: gen 8 gearbox, Glock 18 short, extended or drum magazine, barrel, V2/gen9 buffer tube and stock, V2/gen9 handguard, battery. Hardware includes M6x40 bolt + M6 nut, M4 nut, assorted M3 hardware (more details to be added), pen spring, and thin wire for mag release. M4 and Vector compatible lowers are coming soon. I've invested many hours into designing, prototyping, and printing this design which is freely available to the community.
