Hey guys, I've had a psychological fantasy where I wish I had a portable version of myself every day. Who doesn't have those kind of fantasies? This robot is meant to be laser cut, feature an lcd display and sound system, come equipped with a webcam, robot gripper, and more. Imagine if everyone had their own portable version of me - it would be both creepy and awesome at the same time! It's designed to run on a raspberry pi and arduino uno. As I progress with this project, I'm feeling pretty good about it so far. The robot is already moving thanks to the arduino and batteries, and I've also hot glued an lcd screen to it and soldered the screen. This design was created in libre cad. I managed to fully design and laser cut this in just one hour using libre cad - I'm still surprised it actually worked out. For anyone interested in replicating this project, here are the requirements: You'll need lots of hot glue and a hot glue gun. An arduino uno. A raspberry pi 2. Two lcd mounts. Two motor mounts. One arduino uno mount. One robot chassis. Two servo city cheap right angle motors.
