N20 Gearmotor Mount

This N20 gearmotor mount prints rapidly and requires minimal effort to complete. The DC motor lock mechanism consists of a tiny square projection that securely fits between the gearmotor's gear plates, holding it firmly in place and preventing slippage. By not coming into contact with any gears, jamming is entirely avoided. To function optimally, the motor must be accurately positioned within the mount. Refer to the accompanying photo for guidance on correctly placing the motor within the mount. In the provided image, the small projection is situated on the right-hand side. This design works seamlessly with all N20 gear ratios except the 1000:1 version.
