Wheel and Axel in half, with 1mm hole through axle for fitting a 1mm wire axle (cut wire to be required length of total needed axle) Ends of the wire are the bits that clip into the wagon chassis. Tested on Tomix track, and fits and rolls nicely. For Resin Print only, may not print in FDM. Included is Lychee file, and pre-Supported STL for 3 sets of wheels (6 halves) settings I used on Anycubic Photon Mono with Anycubic Basic Translucent Green resin: layer thickness - 50um Layer Exposure - 1.85s Results may vary depending on printer and resin. Model designed in Blender.
