The nozzle is specifically designed for printing with a 0.4mm diameter. Ensure that the top case and bottom case are securely superglued together, taking care not to get any glue on other parts. I've included the blender file for anyone who wants to customize it for various throw distances or angles. To complete the assembly, drill a hole in the follower and connect it to the switch points using light gauge music wire. For extra flexibility, I recommend adding a Z bend to the wire, allowing the points to be spring-loaded slightly.
