No-one seems to make South African n-scale trains and I really wanted one. So I designed and printed a whole set of 19 coaches of the world famous Blue Train. Everything you need to build a complete set is available online:\r\n\r\nClass 18E locomotive (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2844936)\r\nConference Car (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2833029)\r\nKitchen Car (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2834397)\r\nDining Car (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2835802)\r\nLounge Car (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2836933)\r\nClub Car (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2838216)\r\nPersonnel Car (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2839262)\r\nBaggage Car (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2840276)\r\nPower Car (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2841486)\r\nLuxury Suite (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2842658)\r\nDeluxe Suite (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2843960)\r\nBogieset with static-display wheels (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2844942)\r\n\r\nThe Blue Train Set 1 accommodates 54 guests and features six Deluxe Suites and one Luxury Suite, while the Blue Train Set 2 accommodates 82 guests and contains eight Deluxe Suites and three Luxury Suites. To see how each set is configured, visit http://www.bluetrain.co.za/train-layout.\r\n\r\nTo complete each coach, you'll need glue for assembly, a set of 12x3mm bolts with locknuts to attach the bogies, and n-scale metal wheels if you want them to run. Alternatively, if you only want them as a display model, simply print the bogies with static-display wheels instead of fitting proper wheels.\r\n\r\nThe loco body fits onto a Fleischmann 7232. You'll need glue for assembly and some sanding or filing to make it look nice. The cowcatcher needs to be glued onto the loco's bogie/coupler so that it can move freely without rubbing against the body.\r\n\r\nI use the following settings:\r\n\r\nNo rafts or supports anywhere\r\n\r\nFor the coaches, I use the following settings:\r\nBogies and undercarriage - 90% , 0.2\r\nCoach - 90%, 0.2, fast enough speed to make sure filament doesn't droop over the windows\r\nFurniture - 30%, 0.1\r\nRoof - 10%, 0.1 (Infill needs to be high enough to keep the roof flat, but not so high that it becomes too heavy relative to the rest of the assembly.)\r\n\r\nFor the locos, I use the following settings:\r\nBody, cowcatcher & pantograph - 90%, 0.2\r\nRoof - 30%, 0.1
