If you opt for the version where the roof and building are printed together, you may need to enable 'supports'. In my experience, this can make it difficult to remove the interior supports, so I prefer printing the roof separately and gluing it on. This approach also yields faster print times and is easier to paint, in my opinion. The prints were made with an Ender 3 Pro using Cura set to 'Super Quality' under the 'Profile' setting, along with a standard .4 nozzle.
