This is a gas station with a restaurant and hotel attached. It could also be a truck stop with the truck maintenance building ( https://1fatgmc.com/RailRoad/Truck%20Stop/page-3.html ) offset from this complex with the truck pumps between the buildings and gas pumps out in front of the buildings. My layout is depicts the time period up to the mid 70's and thus the non-modern style of the buildings. It could be used for a later time period in an area of older structures on a interstate highway. The building could also be used in other settings. The gas station could be a business next to the restaurant/hotel or the bottom could be one larger restaurant.
