N-Scale Building #5 (set)

This model is part of a collection of buildings I have designed to serve as the urban core for my N-Scale model railroad. The set comprises 5 structures located on the east side of Osborne Street Village, which is situated in Winnipeg, Canada, my hometown. Osborne Street Village exudes an artsy atmosphere and boasts some of the city's top live music venues, dive bars, and watering holes, along with numerous restaurants to satisfy any appetite. Along the main strip, you'll discover a variety of Swiss and bohemian shops, jewelers, cooking supply stores, a record store featuring an impressive collection of vinyl records, yoga studios, and a gem of a theater renowned for its comedy performances. In 2012, the Canadian Institute of Planners designated Osborne Street Village as Canada's Greatest Neighbourhood, and justifiably so. Building #5 is the Toad Building, situated on the east side of Osborne Street between River Avenue and Stradbrook. This structure is one of my personal favorites both in its printed form and in real life.
