N-Scale Building #4 (set)

This model is part of a collection I've created to represent the urban aspect of my N-Scale model railroad. The set consists of five buildings located on the east side of Osborne Street Village, which is situated in Winnipeg, Canada - my hometown. The village exudes an artistic atmosphere and boasts some of the city's most popular live music dive bars and watering holes, as well as a multitude of restaurants to satisfy every craving. Along the main strip, you'll find high-end boutiques, bohemian shopping destinations, jewelers, cooking supply stores, a record store with an impressive collection of vinyl records, yoga studios, and a theater renowned for its comedy performances. In 2012, the Canadian Institute of Planners recognized it as Canada's Greatest Neighborhood - and rightly so. The fourth building in this set is the American Apparel Building, situated on the east side of Osborne Street between River Avenue and Stradbrook. UPDATE: Following a request from a maker, I've created a hollow version of the American Apparel Building with all windows and doors punched out. This updated design will be challenging to print as is; it requires internal support to hold up the roof. PRINT: I successfully printed the hollow version using Cura's Tree Support (see photo). The roof structures printed perfectly, and the support material was easily removed.
