This model is part of a collection I have designed as the urban component for my N-Scale model railroad. The set consists of 5 buildings from the east side of Osborne Street Village, which is located in Winnipeg, Canada - my hometown. The Village exudes an artsy atmosphere and features some of the city's top live music dive bars and watering holes, along with numerous restaurants than one can imagine. Along the main strip you'll find swiss and bohemian shopping boutiques, jewelers, cooking supply stores, a record store boasting a sweet collection of vinyl records, yoga studios, and a gem of a theatre renowned for its comedy performances. In 2012, the Canadian Institute of Planners named it Canada's Greatest Neighbourhood - and for good reason. Building #2 is the Out of the Blue Building situated on the east side of Osborne Street between River Avenue and Stradbrook.
