N'kadaka - Strategic board game in 3D

Hello! I'm excited to share my latest prototype, N'kadaka - a strategic board game that I've created. This game is centered around two units vying for control of a magical armor, each comprised of nine unique characters (five warriors known as the N'kadakas, two skilled archers, one gifted healer, and one powerful mage). The rules are available in both English and French. As you might expect from such an intricate game, there are many pieces to keep track of. However, I've intentionally kept this a prototype, so I'd love to hear any suggestions or feedback that could help improve it further. While I handled the design and production of the game board myself, the magical armor (a gladiator helmet) and all the character miniatures were sourced from https://www.myminifactory.com/users/dutchmogul. To ensure they fit the scale of print, I simplified their low-poly designs.
