"N-Finity" Sword and Stone

I designed it initially as a keychain for a buddy, but ultimately transformed it into a sword-in-the-stone style piece. You can print it off at sizes up to 250% on the Ender 5 if you rotate the blade 45 degrees. I've encountered some issues getting the blade model and hilt to fit together seamlessly. The blade always appears slightly oversized, so I've found that sanding helps resolve this problem. If you're experiencing the same issue, please let me know your solution. I included some images of what this design looks like in Fusion 360 when material properties are applied.
