I recently purchased a right-hand mirror for my TS 150 from Sausewind.de. Since it was not available earlier, the mounting clip did not fit the existing plug. I had previously printed a suitable ring, but everything wobbled due to the wooden screw. So, I sat down and got to work. The small distance is necessary so that the throttle does not wobble. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a photo. The plug should be printed with 0.1 mm precision. An M5 nut fits inside it. The screw should be an M5 socket head screw with a length of no more than 15 mm. For stability reasons, I filled the rest with hot glue. It fits perfectly and holds much better than the original plug with the wooden screw. Edit: I added a second version that is even sturdier. Unfortunately, on August 22nd, 2016, the load and vibration were too high, causing it to break. I sat down again and reinforced the whole thing with a metal core (M10 stainless steel, 35 mm long).
