thingiverse

Every school year, students in Chemistry classes at Coppell High School participate in a hands-on "Mystery Box" activity that vividly demonstrates the structure of an atom by simulating the groundbreaking Rutherford gold foil experiment. The activity involves rolling a marble under a masonite whiteboard to reveal the shape of a solid block hidden underneath, and for this particular exercise, a trapezoid-shaped block is used.
