Mystery Box Activity- Oval Block
thingiverse
Every school year, Chemistry classes at Coppell High School participate in a "Mystery Box" activity that demonstrates the structure of an atom by simulating the Rutherford gold foil experiment. They roll a marble under a masonite whiteboard to identify the shape of a solid block beneath it. For this activity, they use an oval-shaped block.
