I'm completely stumped by this thing, it's right up there on the roof of our NYC Sketchfab office. Maybe an old pipe that was in dire need of a fill job? Or possibly some tar is leaking from the water tower above? I've snapped 69 photos with my iPhone 6 - taking more and more has been ridiculously simple. I'm using Agisoft PhotoScan to try and get to the bottom of this mystery.
