Myotilin F-actin - integrative model

Human: Model of the full-length myotilin binding to F-actin is presented. Ig domains of myotilin were securely attached to F-actin, then merged with flexible N- and C-terminal protein models obtained from SAXS-based EOM analysis in a chimera with thioredoxin (https://skfb.ly/6YGRn). Four distinct conformations of the N- and C-terminal parts are depicted in different colors. Notably, orange highlights selected actin residues that form cross-links with myotilin.
