Myford Carriage Lock
thingiverse
Hello,\r\n\r\nThis is my carriage lock for a Myford ML7 (it can also be used with the Super7, though I'm not entirely sure). It pairs seamlessly with the stock lock screw without requiring any modifications.\r\nThe lock's handle provides ample space to adjust its orientation precisely, ensuring smooth locking and unlocking of the screw.\r\n\r\nA M3 screw secures the central component firmly in place.\r\n\r\nTo achieve maximum sturdiness, I printed this piece with 6 walls, along with top and bottom layers, at an infill density of 80%. This ensured its overall rigidity.\r\n\r\nThe print was successfully completed with the major portion of the handle lying flat on the bed.
